Hi i just bought a thompson t line that was built for the bank of scotland so was never actually a caravan.It is in fact a bar but sadly it has no electrics.Is there any way i could have them installed and would anyone have a rough idea of a price.Thanks in advance Will.I will try and post some pics on my profile page as dont know how to do it here.:(

Cheapest option would be buy a kit designed for tents.

Comes complete with lead and sockets.

If you want proper sockets around the van you will need a circuit breaker, sockets, cable, Hookup lead.

If adding a battery you will also need a charger.

Hi thanks would a normal electrician be able to install this www.ukcampsite.co.uk/redirect.asp?redir=http://www.towsure.com/product/532 looks exactly what i need also would it be ok to use this commercially? i.e if i was to rent it out or take to a festival as a bar?

Thanks for the advice, think i have found someone to do it for me fingers crossed.I just wanna make sure its done right as health and safety will want to inspect it before i can go renting it out :)

a tyre check is required asap,over 5 years and stood for time it could have flat spots on them or cracked side walls.more so if want to rent it out.

If you have no knowledge of service history of caravan or
age of tyres, fit new ones & take it a caravan service
place for a chassis service, about £80.
