Hello
I am hoping someone can give me some advise when I put the main switch on for the heater to work on electric it blows the trip switch in the fuse box forgive me for being ignorant but very new to caravanning

sounds like the element has gone,ask gary arc systems hes the expert on heaters.

I would first try switching off the mains supply to the fire and then set both slide controls full to the right, now run it near enough full bore on gas for 24/48hrs.

This can often cure the problem if it's just a bit of damp, if not get back to me

I have heard of the heater fan dropping off the back of the heater, causing it to jam and pop the trip

thanks alot that seems to have done the trick  going away next week so hopefully i it will all work
