I once used too much force whilst engaging my rhyno motormover and broke a pin. They came out and replaced it nder warranty even though they must have known it was my fault.
It may have moved on the chassis and need re-aligning.

With both our Rhynos you had to push it until it touched the tyre and then push it harder until it clicked'locked into place. BUT be careful that you don't force it too hard or you will break the shear pin. It needs heavy pressure rather than brute force!
