I had this when my door had dropped on the top stable part and needed adjusting, as the door wasn't making a good seal at the top of the frame. best way to check this is to wait until dark and shine a torch around the frame, if you see the light coming in then you have gaps around the rubber and door.
I adjusted the height on mine via the hinges, there is a small amount of adjustment where the screws are on oblong holes and attach the door to the hinges.
It sorted the problem for me. Also if you have a door vent sometimes when its windy and raining, rain can drive in there, so in those conditions I cover the vent over on 3 sides with some polythene and tape.
