Sure new fans are available but you won't like the cost? so lets not go there
1, check the 12v connections on the back of the fan housing have not come loose or off, useful also to check 12v is actually being delivered using a meter, if you haven't got one, check all fuses at least.
2, check the thick wiring loom up to the control switch, both at the fan and then at the control switch.
3, assuming all checks out ok, this leaves 3 possibles
1, switch is faulty
2, little control board in fan housing is faulty.
Often a good dealer will sell both of these on a sale or return basis
3, fan motor itself is faulty, this can be checked by connecting 12v directly to it
