We have recently bought a 2007 Trigano Silver Pop-Top caravan. We have a year's warranty but have discovered a leak from the Propex water heater.

Our dealer is sending us the spare part needed and we need a mobile caravan repairer to fit it for us, the dealer will pick up the bill!

Has anyone any experience of such a service? We live in West London & I fear that it might be difficult to find this in our area.

I have just had my Bailey Pegasus Champagne serviced by Shire Caravans. John the owner and mechanic lives in Chipping Norton and will travel to your house for the service. I live in Swindon 29 miles from him. He is the most proffesional person I have met in years and made a superb job on our van with a full written report upon completion. If you live in the West Country give this guy a call. I am not an agent for him or connected in any way, I just feel when you find someone this good it should be shared with others.
