just brought this caravan bailey 100 its been sitting out side for 2 years not used but as we cleaning ot as it needed it the front window has water gonr in it is the a way we can get rid of this or do we have to buy a new window thanks tina
you could always take it of and turn it upside down to see if any of the seams have come apart, and see if you can drain the water were it got in, if not drill a small hole in one corner let it drain and dry then plug it with a blob of clear silicon.
with great care i would drill a tiny hole on the inside and drain it off.place towels on the shelf to soak up,seal as said a blob of silicone.removing the window could make it leak in more than it does now.
------------- the only silly question is the one you do not ask.
Agree, seam must be slightly split at some part. Some windows have small holes already plugged in the lower corners (although I don't think this applied to the Bailey single front window); remove to drain where fitted or as per Campinkev's suggestion to drill carefully a pair of small holes in the lower edge corners.
when its off turn the window steadily round to see if there is any open joints, if so mark the spot and carry on until you've gone right round the window, then as before drain and let dry, rub a bit of your sealer in any joints that are open, if you don't it will be the same after a while hope this helps
