I have a Bailey Pageant Imperial Caravan 1999 but no instructions. This is my first caravan. I have tried everything to get water into van but nothing seems to work. Had pump tested but that seems ok. The pump we are using is a whale which is situated at rear of caravan, wasnt sure if this pump is to do with water or just for toilet as in middle of caravan their is a crystal filter system which looks like a pump could go in their but we havent got one, not sure if this is what we need. I checked all fuses but all seem ok. Please please help.

make sure the 12 volt supply is turned on,make sure the pump is turned on,green light.check fuses,if your pump has stuck/froze it will blow the fuse. make sure the drain is closed or it will just run through. if you have roundish water heater (truma)there is a yellow tap at the side that needs to be closed.check battery is fully charged.

if not whale it could be crystal caver fitting.
