Try and get there before they do so they don't have time to get the doors and windows opened up to get some fresh air round it before you arrive,as soon as you step in take a crafty deep breath to check for damp or musty smells, and do the same in all of the cupboards and under the seats, also feel for damp or soft spots at base of walls in cupboards and seats and down the corners and around the windows, make sure floor feels solid with no soft or spongy spots, hook the car on to check the lights and plugs ok make sure the hich works fine and the ie slides free ,give it a bit of a push with hand brake on and of to see if working ok ,connect the gas if poss to check cooker and fridge ,make sure 12volt fittings ok lights, sockets, fridge also taps look for condensation in the windows have a good pull on the grab handles if its dry get the awning out of its bag and make sure thats ok ,have a feel around the sky light for damp or blisters, have a pull at the wheels check for any play in bearings, check tyres for cracked walls if its been stood for long time also the spare and while your under there make sure its got no rust or corrosion any were and dont commit till your happy with every thing good luck
