Hi all
Since I joined the Forum I am amazed at the myriad problems that keep coming up requiring help of fellow contributors(myself included)Knowing how frustrating finding suppliers etc or breakers can be I bought a copy of J.Wickershams Caravan manual, now I,m not saying that this is the be all and end all for enthusiasts but I bought my copy some years ago and it has paid for itself many times over.Like a car manual it covers all aspects of good practice including towing ,servicing, electrics,to name just a few and the feather in the cap of this publication is the extensive list of suppliers and breakers for everything caravan.Anyone contemplating DIY on their pride and joy SHOULD have a copy nearby,it may prevent a tiring chase on the internet
I have to agree and said this in many of my posts that this book is really handy plus you have all the facts at hand on nearly every subject you can mention linked to caravanning. Also I find it useful that I can keep it in the caravan as well just in case I encounter a problem whilst away. A book well worth investing in.
We agree too, bought it a couple of years ago when we had the Dandy, it's seen us through the Esterel, ABI and now the Compass great book for all the basics.
