Has anyone an instruction manual?  We don't know how to use the carver hot water system.

We turn the switch on and the lights are red and green.  Water is cold and taps make a "pumping and gurgling" noise but not much water comes out.

Any ideas / help?

green and red instantly together? or green joined by red about 10 seconds after turning on?

Thanks for your help!

The green light comes on first and then the red one.  Looking through the online manual it seems if we connect the gas and then try it we may get the hot water working.....................will try at the weekend.  Spluttering taps may be air in the system so will have to check that too!

Switching the heater on before filling with water and purging all the air can trip the cutout.

Made a similar mistake with ours when we bought it. Luckily ours can be reset with the button.

Some require a fuse.
