I would add ( glue on ) a extra piece of wall board 'say' a 6" square , at the places where the bed frame would screw to the wall . This would help in 2 ways , it would give you extra thickness of wood to screw into and would help spread the load over more wall area . Or add a extra leg to support the back of the bed box at each place where it connects to the wall , you could screw and glue these to the wall , then screw down through the bed box into the top of the legs .
