Hi All,

We have just bought a Swift Danette 1990, 5 Berth that has had damp in the past and been resealed. Bought as a project.

It was resealed, although badly, the repairs were made, also badly and the damp was sealed inside so i have some work.

Spurred on by Wizards excellent site detailing damp repair i have undertaken the challenge, i am blogging it as i do it too. It's looking as though i will have to replace all the wallboard as those bits that aren't damaged will look odd as i dont believe the pattern is available any more. Any advice always gratefully received.

Out of interest, how many sheets of plywood (7x4) does it take to completely replace all the wallboard and ceiling board in a standard 5 berth caravan??
