hi anyone any ideas on fixing a flaky ceiling inside our caravan we dont want to do a bad paint job if theres a better way to fix it, any ideas would be very welcome, thanks

On one of my vans i just used white matt emulsion paint after i rubbed it flat,followed by matt exterior varish to seal it..use a foam roller for the varnish..
