I'm sure they do have landline numbers and company names but you asked for mobile servicing guys so the mobile phone is going to be the likely number to get them on and you need to know who your talking too!

I don't use them, they use me and through that I know this pair well, I would not recommend anyone I was not familiar with and trust to give you good service.

You do though have a point about 5 days training, but, many have highly relevant backgrounds and are only picking up specifics, the vast majority they already know.
Further, they then go through various manufactures courses, Truma, Thetford/Dometic, Alko etc, and of course gas and electric courses.

IE, quite a few of these guys are ex RAF air frame fitters and already highly skilled engineers of 20 years or more standing, so to them caravan servicing is very very basic!

hi just got my first caravan (old) but wondered how you got on with the caravan servicing and im too from essex so recommendations would be great!!!
