My folding caravan has the original hanging centre light with a shade on it. Problem you ask........ yes well there is when my OH is 6ft 3in and keeps hitting his head on it.  As I don't want it damaged I thought I could replace it with a light unit which is flush with the ceiling whilst I own the unit.

I have sourced some 12v lighting units which are switched on OutdoorLeisureShop  there are 2 different types. These are the Lumo Crown 9W-PL & Lumo Crown 20W Halogen. Could someone please tell me if they know the difference between these 2 units. I realise they are different wattages and that the higher wattage would be an advantage whilst reading in the caravan etc. but I would like to know if the halogen makes a big difference athough they both say they are 12v and suitable for the caravan.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thank you

Jeanie
