hi can anyone help please my alde comfort 2923 system will not work at all, it keeps blowing the fuse, does anyone have any ideas what the problem might be?

Have you got the user manual as they is a basic fault finding section manual Is it the mains or the 12v side fuse that is blowing? If it is the mains I would suspect a fault on the heating element but you say it does not work at all so does that mean you can't get it to work on gas either, in which case there is something up with the 12V side.

Alde are normally pretty good if you call them.

thanks it must be the 12 volt side as it won't work on gas either, it is the 1 amp fuse that keeps blowing.
