Last month i treated half the vans floor for delamination. All done plastic sheet down water carrier on top full of water for weight, perfect. Thur i did the other half, checked it a few hours later, guess what had forgot plastic sheet the water carrier was stuck solid to the floor. After about an hour of gently taping it all round it came free. What a plonker.
I used a plastic bin liner to cover my delam repair, when I took it off, there in plain black ink, transferred from the bin liner and forever bonded to the floor the words: "County Council Refuse Services"!!!
Instead of polythene I stuck several rows of 3 inch wide carton sealing tape to the floor. I drilled through the tape, did the usual injection repair and then thought it would be a good idea to use a concrete paving slab for 'perfect' weight distribution over the repair. You can guess the rest...
