Hi Andy , good to hear you've got it sorted , if you want email the pictures to me and i'll post them on here , as you say keep an eye out for more water getting in, if it's still dry after heavy rain it might be a good idea to bond the replaced sheet to the floor and not just have it screwed in place , as this would increase the floor strength See_here and imo you'll need a strong floor because the leg is beneath .
What else to look for , soft area's of wall board / ceiling board , may be buy a damp meter and check the rest of the caravan , i would recommend you have the caravan serviced and a damp check . http://www.1carpc.co.uk/wcdr/checking-for-damp.htm
