When we bought our caravan dealer gave us a new awning, have used several times but it doesn't look right when erected. One side (window part)is lower than other and not taught across top ,hence when raining it gather in dip
.Apart from getting new awning is there anything we can do (To late to take it back to dealers as been used several times)

Have you adjusted the recievers for the roof poles. They loosen with a cam action and you can slide them along the bead into the correct position. If you cannot get the roof taught you may have too larfe an awning,in which case short of having it made smaller you will never solve the problem.  Find a flat non sloping pitch. install your awning, raise the fromt corner legs so that the roof /wall seam is horizontal then raise the front middle pole as high as it will go. if the walls are peged properly you should have several inches between the seam and the ground. If you havent, then the awning is too big  Very large awnings have another set of interim poles for the roof.

When you slid it round the channel, did you make sure it came out through the wider bit as you got close to the ground? We didn't the first time and it was skew-whiff.
