I want to paint my caravan ceiling .. do i have to get special paint , dont want it to be chipping off ???

I expect a good quality vynihl sik will do the job for you but do make sure that it is clean first.

As brian said about the paint,id wash it with sugar soap first then apply the paint with a foam roller or the fluffy one.

Vinyl silk emulsion will do the job ok. Doesn't really matter what you apply it with but I'd use a small 5" ordinary roller for the bulk of it & cut in with a 2" brush.

"Vinyl" is a very hard word to spell for such a little one.
