Hi all, I am in the middle of resealing our van and found a blu tac like seal all round it can anyone tell me what it is. It looks and feels like blu tac and is under all the rails I have removed so far.

Hi I think it is flexey seal comes on a roll. it is put in from first build . it is so joints can flex but stay sealed

cheers for the replies, it looked like its been on since new.. the last people to seal it made a right bodge, there is that stuff on it, black rubbery stuff and white stuff what looks like silicone which is a right pain to get off..

The blue sealer stuff can be taken of by a power drill and a 12mm drill bit.Turn the drill bit on its side and try to wrap the sealer round it..
