well it didnt sell.
So i can borrow a transit van on saturday, so heres my plan -
1 - got to olerays in beverley near hull get everything i need.
2 - Get back and re seal it all.
3 - go to b and q and g get the insulation
4 -stick insulation to roof.
5 - cut out boards for ceiling and stick and put in to place and then do walls.
6- put cabinets back in place with some extra brackets and no nails
7 - sand everything down , white spirit and then paint and grain and fit new carpet.
No kids or wife this weekend so hopefully at leat get it re selaed and do ceiling and walls.
I read this back and it sounds simple but i am sure it wont be

update
Caravan now resealed and dry.
Insulation put on roof, just waiting for delivery of the roof boards.
Cut out the wall boards and fixed in to place.
Re wiring done.
Started to sand all the units, found out that a small section of the wood shelf at the front had rot, so cut it out and filled with wood filler. Then to sand down all units and use the paint and grain stuff

I used insulation boards and cut them down, my view is that even a small space every bit of insulation helps.
I did not take windows out I found bending the seals back as I worked gave me enough space.
Tools , quite simple =
Screwdriver
stanley knife
staple gun
chisel
hammer
I think thats about it
