Ive just drained mine down, The drain valve should be under the right hand side front seat near the water inlet or the water heater. Mine is a little plastic lever that is flipped upwards and left in a vertical position. This is fitted in-line on the water pipe near to the inlet. On my old van it was a metal nurled knob near to the water heater  itself.

Leave ALL your taps on and remember to drain your toilet flush tank.

I dont have a Bailey but i dont think it'l be much differant!

look for a drain plug on the outside of the carver heater,bottom right of the picture.inside the toilet compartment there should be a pipe or plug to drain the flush tank.open taps to centre and leave open,remove shower head and pull out the shower pipe to the floor.
