Ive just drained mine down, The drain valve should be under the right hand side front seat near the water inlet or the water heater. Mine is a little plastic lever that is flipped upwards and left in a vertical position. This is fitted in-line on the water pipe near to the inlet. On my old van it was a metal nurled knob near to the water heater itself.
Leave ALL your taps on and remember to drain your toilet flush tank.
I dont have a Bailey but i dont think it'l be much differant!
