Hi -

I don't think Elddiss supply spare parts direct to owners but you could try a search on google.co.uk for Elddiss spares and contact a UK dealer for a price, you might be lucky and get a caravan breaker that has one.

I notice Aussie caravans use similar plastic double glazed windows so it might be worth trying to get one made to measure with whatever factory makes them in Oz. There is a company in the UK that can make them to measure but they need the old one to work from.

If you source a secondhand or new one in the UK you will have to hope the packaging is strong enough to survive the trip.

Closer to home, you might try searching for British van dealers in New Zealand, far more common there so the spares side is more geared up to help.

PS window sizes are not specific to manufactures, nearly all are from the same factory and only the size is important.
Shade of original tint will have faded over the years so any replacement, new or second hand, will never be an exact match to yours

Most windows for caravans are made by a company called Ellbee based in leeds in yorkshire in the UK, perhaps if you contact them, they may have a company or a distributor in your country that can help you out

If its happened you cant change time so their is no point in stressing, it is what it is
