Last summer I bought an almost new secondhand caravan with a Ventura awning. The awning has fibreglass poles that use a Campion FixOn bracket at the hook end. I'ts a large awning and has 7 roof poles, but I only have 6 FixOn brackets.
I've trawled the Internet for an hour or more and see the Campion manufacturers are in Denmark, but they don't appear to have a UK outlet. I also see Isabella FixOn brackets for sale on the Internet too, which look almost identical, but I don't want to but them if they're not going to work with the Ventura awning.
Can someone tell me if FixOn brackets are interchangeable or if they would fit my awning?

I believe you will find the beading that they clamp on is standard, bought in by manufactures of awnings.I have had an Isabella, bradcot and now a dorema full-size and a sunncamp porch awning all had slightly different looking pads but they all interchanged with each other.

They are interchangeable, as Ventura is a company owned by Isabella. I have an older Isabella full awning and the FixOn brackets with it are identical to the new Ventura ones.

You can get these brackets from any caravan accesory shop. There are a number of different styles, but they will all work with any awning(with the second bead), so unless you are particularly bothered by not all the brackets being identical you should have no problem.

Thank you all for your encouraging replies. This is our first awning, so I wasn't sure.
Cheers

We use several Isabella fixons along with our Dorema awning & they fit the convertor rail along with the dorema ones, you'll have no problem using other maker fixons IMO. Our local caravan dealership sells them in packs of two but I can't remember the price.
