I took my 2005 lunar in to Lancashire Caravan Services in Much Hoole Nr Preston last week for a service,I picked up the caravan today 1 week later took the van home and found that nothing on the service sheet he had given me ticked to say it was done in fact wasnt done.nothing had been touched and he tried to charge me for the privilidge. The repairs I wanted doing were not done apart from the fridge catch he told me that the battery was u/s but he had checked the 12v system,HOW could he when the fuse for the battery in the unit had blown and this was found by my mate who is a aircraft engineer,he had no answer to my wifes questions.

There are 2 sides to every story, Camera price quoted 1 month before booking in to be fitted.and photos supplied, plenty of time to do your homework on internet etc, not complain about price after fitting.

Sunshine lovers,Nothing had been done he told me that the battery was low and he couldnt check it !!Nothing wrong with battery charged up to 12.7 volts checked by shop i took it back too as it as only 9 month old, told he had checked 12 volt system dont know how he did that as the battery fuse in he main box had blown something I also asked him to fix, drawer runner not even tried to fix it, fridge catch was done,No greasing on any part of caravan or locks etc oiled as per his service sheet which was ticked to say he had done it,the leg steadies had rust on the screw part and had never had any form of lubrication on also jockey wheel etc.

One of the 12volt lamps wasnt working so had to get someone else to do a PROPER job.

Patroldriver yes there was photos but couldnt see what make it was glad it went down to £200 instead of £250 or I would have been paying £166 an hour labour wouldnt take my push bike there .
