Hi

My truma ultrastore rapid works fine on electric but does not work at all on gas, no red or green light. I always take the cover off the outside. I've replaced  the glass fuse on the pcb but to no avail. My caravan is not fitted with a window cut off switch so that can be ruled out as well. Any advice in simplistic terms would be welcome. Worked fine when it was last used, just got the caravan out of storage to give it the once over and found this problem. Not the end of the world but its niggling away at me.

Can you check that 12v is getting to the control panel? It could be that the circuit it is fed from has popped the fuse or something?

Are the rest of gas appliances working OK or have you got the well known bulkhead regulator fault.

Yes everything else is working fine, there is a 7.5a fuse on the fuse board under the front seats that I've just found keeps tripping. Looked at the handbook and the fuse diagram makes no sense at all. I'm wondering if this is something to do with it.
