Replacement depends on where the dodgy floor is and if its just the top layer of ply that is rotten or the actual pine cross members. You need deeper investigation im afraid.
If its just the top layer then this is easily removed using stanley knife and a chisel, and a new piece of ply glued back on top.
If its the actual floor joists that are rotten, then the floor needs to be cut away and a new framework inserted and glued and screwed to decent wood that remains. new ply bonded under the van, styrofoam then bonded to that and a remaining ply bonded to that . I used solvent free gripfill to bond my doorway and it has made a very strong construction.....hope this helps....
