The separation of the two perspex windows is called delamination and I believe there is a waterproof adhesive on the market you can use but the difficult part is clamping the the two halves together because of the bubble type shape. Due to this I think the only option is to use Bulldog clips whilst the adhesive is setting.
i had this problem on my avondale caravan i used this from b&q called Evo Stik Serious Glue Fix & Repair Adhesive 30g. there other more expensive glues that was recomended on this forum but being tight i went for this instead but windows ok nearly a year later. link here...
i took the first window out as it was in the awning then glue by prising the two panes apart a little to get glue in then clamped.. but the second window was on the other side of the van so i prised & glued it while attached to the van then clamped, but i waited until i was on holiday & the weather was warm & sunny..
hope this helps

------------- WHY DOES SHE TELL ME EVERYTHING IS MY FAULT?
I just used Bostick clear glue on mine & it worked ok, as stated I held it together with bulldog clips while drying.
A similar thread was posted on here a few months ago regarding this subject and I said it couldn't be done regarding clamping the awkward two halves together. However, this idea of using Bulldog clips wasn't my idea but was previously suggested by Tentz and thought what a clever idea. It just goes to prove how the input of others comments can be extremely useful even in the simplest of applications.
Ive done a quick search but cant seem to find the screws you mention could you advise me where to buy them..
cheers eddy & co
hi eddy,i know who did the modification with the screws.all i can do is ask them for a supplier.i have similar ones used for kitchen fitting but longer.just possible these could be cut down. email sent................

Don't matter what size it is as long as it holds it.
Carefully pull the 2 halves of the windows apart, run a
line of glue between, push together & hold with clips.
