This very much depends on which toilet you actually have.
Look inside the outside access door and there will be a plate on the toilet giving you a model number and a code number.
Then go HERE and download the "Repair Instructions for all Thetford Sanitation Products" and this will give you the instructions and code number for the bit you are looking for.
I have used THIS company for my Thetford spares and found them excellent for service.
