The flush seems to have stopped working the fuse is ok could it be the pump and how do i access it.

This very much depends on which toilet you actually have.

Look inside the outside access door and there will be a plate on the toilet giving you a model number and a code number.

Then go HERE and download the "Repair Instructions for all Thetford Sanitation Products" and this will give you the instructions and code number for the bit you are looking for.

I have used THIS company for my Thetford spares and found them excellent for service.

could be the reed switch has gone rusty/corroded they are well know for it.if the pump has only split it will still run but no water delivered.could also be the pump has siezed.taking them out and spraying with WD40 may get it going.try before you pull apart.try a strong solution of milton in the header tank and leave overnight,odd times it works.do you know which model of toilet you have?if it has an electric valve sometimes if you clean the blades on this and it will work.

I've just had the same problem with my new van. It was just something stuck in the pump and needed a bit of persuasion - and WD40 - to get it going again. To access the pump on my toilet (Thetford PPC 2 R) you have to remove the toilet roll holder. All the details are on the link given by Lobey Dosser above.

It was the fuse holder that had corroded when it happened to me.  Try removing the fuse and then inserting a nail file down each side of the fuse holder to clean it.  Replace the fuse and hope.
