SUCCESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ,Although manufacturer stated this could not be done without breaking door i have managed it . To carry out a proper repair this had to be done wood was rotten in the door so sliced out material foam included scrapped foam of with a rounded corner scrapper go into the lip of the door shine in a tourch tou will see the metal clip tap gently in with a flat blade scewdriver then twisk it back and forth to widen the clip ( it is a u clip attached onto the surround your trying to pull out so it is this you need to get in behind and widen) with this done and with constant and controlled pulling apart motion the frame will come away do the clips 1 by one and watch not to over pull as it will try to break the frame at the next clip . When frame is out you can push the clips back together and pull out give squeeze with pliers and put back onto the outer frame to reuse.

I bought a replacement front door panel for Thetford locker door5
I wanted to use the same infill. Although many say that it cannot be removed and you have to buy a new door which is very costly. I managed to removed the infill from the old door quite easily
You need to clamp the door to a work bench then using 2 thin screw drivers or paint scrapers slip them into the holding frame where the metal clips are located. You can see where these are when you prize it open a little bit. keep prizing the frame all along and it will come up, once removed I kept the metal clips and reused them when fitting the infill to new door frame. Also used the same barrel locks on new panel
Hope that this helps other members with removing the infill problem.

Well done, . I had to split my No 5 door when the internal foam seal failed and leaked water into the so called 'wet locker' under the bed and rotted the floor.
It is fiddly and takes ages, but as you have both proved, it can be done.

Dave.
