My Thetford fridge is playing up.  Over the New year we took the caravan away and whilst away after about 36 hours the display light kept flashing and displaying a spanner and 14.  Took it in to be serviced a few days after returned and the dealer could find no fault.  Haven't taken van out until last week, fridge worked fine for 36 hours but the same problem returned.  Once flashing I can't change from gas toelectric or battery or vice versa or change the temperature.  Van been bck couple of days so I checked in it today.  Fridge comes on no flashing light but the spanner appears with error 10 displaying.  Can anybody help?  We're going to France in about 4 weeks so will need fixing ASAP.

Hi depending on which fridge you have error code 13/14 are no communication between display and power board which could be a bad connection or a board fault If its a bad/intermittant connection it would explain why the dealer could find no fault

Error code 10 is No engine running so the fridge has been set on manual dc mode and will only work on 12 volts and as thetford say either start your engine or select a different engergy mode
