hi everyone

today our toilet stopped flushing, we've put a multimeter up to every contact up to the actual pump and it is showing 12v however the pump wont work when button is pressed, we have also attached just the pump to a battery and it worked, so we do not think it is the pump that has stopped but something before the pump is obviously causing maybe a short or bad connection, any suggestions?
we are going away in it pretty soon :-(

Thanks gazndale, we are getting a 12v reading when the flush is pressed though, we were wondering whether it could be an earth problem

Yout would be better asking on SwiftTalk as thetford monitor that website and they will answer direct

They are usually very quick during working hours...

Hello Meacock, I`m sorry I can`t help you but I want to ask you was it a big job getting the pump out? My pump has given up the ghost but for the life of me I can`t see where to begin to get into the flush pump.

Thanks Meacock, I`ll check that out. Wow and here`s me thinking that I would have to practically demolish the caravan to get to it!!!!!!!!!
