a charger on a caravan will not give a fully charged battery.it will only go to 13.5 volts max when on charge.buy a meter £6 touch both sides of the battery,a fully charged battery is 12.7 volts without EHU connected.if only 12.3 volts then it is getting near half charged.connected to EHU the reading on the meter will show 13.5 to 14 volts if it is charging as it should.
