Hi Folks

I need some help with the above when we were away for the weekend we could not get the water heater to work on either gas or electricity when switched on to electricity there was aboslutley no hot water when switched on to gas after a few minutes this tripped and the red led lit up on the thermostat i tried this several times with the same result does anyone have any idea as to what the fault may be and how to check
