I repaired a cracked shower room floor in our old Excalibur motor home many years ago when we were skint. (Obsolete floor panel anyway so not replaceable).
I used a fibreglass matting repair kit from Halfords. Drilled holes to stop crack spreading. basically coated the damaged area carefully with fibreglass matting then, once dried and set hard, smoothed over with isopon filler. Sanded smooth once set and painted it with undercoat and then gloss, yes gloss paint to colour match to rest of shower room. Please not that this repair lasted years. two kids and two adults , sometimes granny too used the washroom and it took heavy use and abuse. the floor was still good when the motorhome was scrapped due to damp ingress from the roof.Hope this helps.
