We have just bought our first caravan- an Abi Ambassador XL. It has some damp issues which we are repairing, which is going really well. One issue we have though, is the grab handles, which are knackered, to the extent of crumbling away.
I can't seem to source replacments for this model anywhere. Happy to have good quality second hand or new. Or are there any generic grab handles that will fit? Lots on Ebay but none look like they will fit. Hope someone can help!

Do you mean the whole thing or are you just going to unscrew the handles and replace them? .I got mine from my local caravan shop. I think they were just generic. It didn't matter to me that the screws holes didn't align exactly because they covered old ones and were going into large square piece of wood. They were only £5.99.If you do want whole thing you will prob have to contact caravan breakers. I think.

I am looking for the same handles with recesses x 4. Have been looking on ebay but can only find the handles. Can anyone help please? Thank you.

If you cant find them,take them off or,mask roundabout them and spray with plastiKote comes in all colours and kinds.

I have thought about this but the recess holding the handles is so rotten it crumbles when you touch it! Not sure they could be removed in one piece but will certainly consider spraying if I cannot find any soon. :-) TY.
