I was at the caravan storage yesterday and whilst on site had a look at a Coachman Pastiche. The windows frames however differ somewhat to my Amara and see exactly what you mean about the frame being the same right round the perimeter of the window aperture which is black in colour. I have had a look in the Haynes 'Caravan Manual' under the section 'Removing and replacing an acrylic window' and this is what it states:  "Replacing windows is quite an easy operation on most caravans. It is especially straight forward when the mounting is on a flat surface but more involved if the window is seated in a deep, moulded recess. In the latter case, the aluminium moulding that holds the unit has to be eased away from from it's seating. Some types of fully-flush window units are more difficult to deal with and you should seek advice on removal procedures from the manufacturer. The photographs below show a typical replacement operation".

The 4 photos then shown are typical of replacing the style window as what is installed on my Amara so the only advice I can offer is to contact Coachman Caravans customer services aftercare on 01482 877405 and see if they can be of any assistance. Someone once contacted Coachman regarding the installation of an air conditioning unit and they were that helpful to the customer they actually sent out a blueprint of the roof structure complete with dimensions by post to them. Now that's what I call the ultimate customer service so it's worth a try giving them a call at least as they may be more helpful than you expected.
