I need a bit of advice am replacing the floor in my elaime folding caravan.It is rotten in all four corners and along all the edges and it has delaminated in the middle.I am thinking of replacing it with 18 mm exterior plywood and undersealing it but i am not sure if this would be ok.

sounds ok with the 18 mm exterior ply.used to make my own trailers and i used a quality fence sealer on the ply.still have one here a 6 x 3 over thirty years old.had to change the floor and sides last year. if you look after it and do it up each year it will give you good service.
