Had same with my Powertouch, bought some alloy ones from Caravan Solutions on Ebay.(caravan-solutions-limited)

Much better as they are solid alloy and think was about £75 the pair No grit to fall off.

They are that simple 3 bolts slide of put on new.

Thanks for all the replies so far.  I've sent an email off to Powrwheel to see if they can supply the new rollers and at what cost.

andyroo33...........That's interesting about the alloy rollers. I wasn't aware that there was an alternative to the grit rollers.

Vectratot...............Thanks for the offer of the rollers. I'm quite interested in possibly upgrading to the alloy ones. I'm assuming that the alloy ones are a direct replacement without having to do any changes. Also, could you tell me what the surface of the alloy rollers are like ie, ridged, dimpled or whatever. Did you find that upgrading to the alloy ones was beneficial, giving better grip etc ?

spiked not sharp but a good grip all the same.

Since my last posting I've been in contact with Powrwheel asking about the new alloy rollers and they've supplied me with a new pair for £50 inclusive of vat and carriage in two days. I fitted the new rollers this morning. The nearside one came off fairly easily with just a couple of taps with a hammer but the offside one was stubborn.  I removed the wheel for easier access and after a good soaking in penetrating oil, a lot of swearing and a good bash with the hammer it came off. I fitted the new rollers using copperslip to prevent any future seizing.  The whole job took about an hour from start to finish.  So, hopefully they should last a lot longer.
