Hello All, I've removed all the dodgy ply and hardboard and cut out all the rotten wood prior to using the hardener. I just want to check the best insulation will be polystyrene, as the aluminium is not flat but the ridged type as used on static vans. It just bothers me that the ridges will create gaps where condensation can occur. I don't really want to use glass fibre, any thoughts? Also, do I need tanalised wood for batons, and if so, where is the best place to buy them from (20mm x 30mm). Regards.
