The regs for caravans only says 12V and 230V cables must be run seperately and must both be insulated to 230V and doesn't refer to ducting, The regs concerning circuit segregation specify an either or situation they must both be either insulated to 230V or in seperate trunking.
Can't see the reason why but to be on the safe side it's probably easier to use 230V insulation then you can't be wrong.
