If you mean Gerry Wignall, I rang the number you gave and asked to speak to him but was told by a somewhat rude receptionist that after sales would not speak to me without a written appointment! I didn't bother to thank her for her 'help', I just put the phone down.

Wow you will hardly advise anyone to go to her then.
But I thought more of the Lunar club owners by email as they may or may not have the smae or know about it. They are all Lunar owners

Maybe she'd just had a bad day (or night), but she left me thinking that if that's what Lunar call Customer Service I'm unlikely to ever buy another Lunar caravan.
I've had to postpone further activities until after Christmas, but the next task looks like finding out how to undo a Cappit nut and bolt.
