Was there something about this the other day? ignored it then, but we have the mover from our stolen van and for the new one. Can you re-programme the old mover?

when you say mover do you mean handset? e mail me through the site i will send you the copy of my re - program from the manual,as said instructions do come with the handset from powrtouch,did with mine.not sure the old handset of yours will work with the new movers sold now.i would ask powrtouch.

yes i got a new handset sent overnight a few years ago to keswick.

from my handbook

resetting ........first make sure the rollers are not connected.remove the 4 screws and lift off the black cover on the control box.there is a black button on the board this is the setting button.press the setting button.the red LED light will start flashing then switch on the handset by simultaneously pressing and holding down the two red buttons.a green light will appear on the handset then press any one of the directional movment buttons on the handset (this green light will flash during transmission) the red LED on the base unit will stop flashing and the unit will start working.your handset and electronics system are now configured.replace the black cover and screws to the electronics box.
