Check the live feed, pin 9 if I remember correctly, on mine it didn't work until I had the car socket checked, and found the feed cable from the battery had come loose. Alternatively the fuse in the live feed may ave blown.
The ATC can be connected via the 13 pin plug and requires power on pins 9 (permanent power supply) and 13 (earth). The towbar electrics need to be correctly connected for the ATC to operate and this can be checked by the use of a multimeter but check that the corresponding fuse to pin 9 hasn't blown. Below is a diagram and the corresponding pins in order to conduct a test.

I had my 7 pin to a 13 pin replaced but it didn't work the ATC. Had to have it all rewired again
Tow bar company coming back on Tuesday to check the rewire. Seems to have permanent power on the 12 pin and not on the 9 pin as advised. Will post the result after Tuesday.
