Hi.

I don't know about the Abbey but in all the caravans I have owned the clock is merely a push fit into a hole and held in place by a rubber ring.

Gently prise it out with a blunt knife and remove the plastic back. Normal little wheel to change the time is inside ( along with the battery )

Hi guys solved the mystery. I felt around the back of the clock again and discovered a hole in the housing into which you can poke your finger and push the clock out. Only downside was I found this out on Saturday 30th March, if I had waited a few more hours until the clocks went forward again it would have corrected itself (ha ha).
