Hi All,

Can anyone advise me on where the earth wire goes with regards to my gas oven. I have been doing ongoing repairs and had to replace some struts and wall panelling behind the oven.

The oven was removed and all connections were noted down on paper. However this paper was thrown out with the rubbish!!!!!!. All the connections were quite easy to work out except the 6mm earth wire. This wire is connected to other earth wires on the gas supply pipe but with an eye at the other end of a length of about 500mm of wire.

Did it come from the oven metal chassis somewhere?

Please advise and help with my stupid mistake.
