I think this has been raised before.
I'll stand corrected, but the handles are only available with the replacement dome; Google doesn't show any suppliers of the MPK rooflight handle at all.
There are several sizes of the rooflight though, plus some have either a clear dome or opaque top.
Here's an example of a replacement 400x400 clear dome, click here. Alternatively, I noticed that thecaravanshop.co.uk shows a complete replacement rooflight available here, at a better price than the replacement dome!
You need to confirm the dome size/type.
